We are seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Canning's Personal Care Home. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, including policy and procedure development, budgeting, and inventory management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing procedures
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
- Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinating and planning for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures
- Overseeing payroll administration
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office administration, including policy and procedure development, budgeting, and inventory management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
