Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Canning's Personal Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliability and adaptability.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in an urban area.
- Ability to work with a team of 5-10 people.
- Ability to work with a variety of computer software and technology.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Criminal record check.
- Vehicle supplied by employer.
- Travel expenses paid by employer.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
