Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at HPP Tolling Facility Canada Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Task Management: Organize tasks to accomplish the work, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
