About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Anusha Investment Ltd. in Burnaby, BC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to relevant staff members;
  2. Greeting clients and directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas;
  3. Opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail;
  4. Reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures;
  5. Delegating work to office support staff as needed;
  6. Establishing priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  7. Carrying out various administrative activities to maintain the efficient operation of the establishment;
  8. Assisting in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  9. Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary school is required;
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not necessary;
