Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kern BSG Management Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage purchasing, procurement, and contracts
  • Prepare financial statements, invoices, and reports
  • Assist with project management and accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sage Accounting Software, and Project Management software
