Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Sales Leader - Away From Home. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the Canadian Away From Home (AFH) market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic business plans that drive results. With a strong focus on customer relationships and sales execution, you will work closely with our distributors and retail partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Legal, Marketing, and R&D to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion within the Canadian AFH market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including major distributors and retailers, to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to address these opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in sales leadership, preferably in a CPG environment with experience in the Away From Home (Foodservice) sector.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop strategic business plans that drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
