We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 4Blind Canada Inc. as an Office Support staff member.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about their work. The work environment is inclusive and welcoming to newcomers and refugees.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
