About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Innovation and Product Development to join our Design & Innovation team at Fathom3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation and oversee the development of new products to support the continued growth and innovation within the business.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of New Product Development (NPD) at Fathom3, A-Safe's innovation and development hub.
  • Support the development of a culture and environment that makes A-Safe and Fathom3 a great place to work.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Product Management, Testing, Manufacturing Operations, Marketing, and Quality Control.
  • Work closely with Project Management to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Requirements
  • A degree in Product Design, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A strong technical background and a passion for innovation, prepared to challenge the convention.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD and PDM software.
