Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at YOVU Office Phone. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Assist in monitoring alerts and reacting to issues in a timely manner
- Log incoming requests and escalate to team members as necessary
- Keep documentation up to date, including external knowledge base and asset details
- Provide assistance in onboarding new customers and other moves, adds, or changes
- Be involved in rotating after-hours on-call support
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as IT or computer science
- Hands-on experience in IT helpdesk, computer repair, incident management, or building systems from scratch
- Methodical and analytical problem-solving skills, with a passion for diving deep into challenges
- Strong technical knowledge, including PC and mobile device troubleshooting, networking basics, and advanced skills
- Excellent customer interaction skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent contributions to a team environment
- Industry insight, with a solid understanding of connectivity, hardware, and peripherals
- Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
