Six Aces Enterprises Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 35 to 40 hours per week.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
