About the Role

This role will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the office, ensuring seamless communication among team members. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Office Operations: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure all necessary materials are available for staff use.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings, conferences, and seminars, as well as travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Respond to employee inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
  • Record Minutes: Take minutes during meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare reports as required.
  • Manage Information Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
