Job Description:

As an Office Administrator with Growmore Workforce Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and budget control.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Requirements:
  • Experience in office administration is an asset.
