Office Operations Coordinator

As an Office Administrator with Growmore Workforce Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and budget control.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration is an asset.
