Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Almac Motor Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
