We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at ALMAC MOTOR HOTEL.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Clerical Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Administrative Tasks: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
