- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new business quotes and writings.
- Cross-sell Kuehne+Nagel's products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and internal teams.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials to support business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to brokers and internal teams.
- 3+ years of experience in a brokerage role, preferably as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
- RIBO License required.
- EPIC Experience preferred.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or equivalent certification an asset.
