We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Growing Our Business While Growing Yours: You will work independently and collaboratively with various teams to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Network: You will cultivate additional business within existing accounts, serving as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador.

  1. Sell cloud-based human resources solutions to new and existing clients over the phone and using virtual technology.
  2. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  3. Serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to clients across various industries.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
