At Joe Johnson Equipment Edmonton, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
About the Role:- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of operational managers to ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- 10+ years of experience in an operational management role within the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing multiple branches/teams to meet or exceed financial and non-financial objectives.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of parts and equipment repair processes.
- Advanced experience with MS Office and dealer management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
