We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Transportation Operations team at DSONS TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Departmental Management: Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve business goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Travel and Work Environment
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel regularly, as required by the role.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
