About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Energy Operations Vice President to join our team at Sandborn Roofs & Seals Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our energy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a positive and professional image.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally, as required, to support business needs and objectives.
  • Screening Questions: Previous experience in the field of employment is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of energy operations and management principles.
