Sales Team Director

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Alberta, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to coach consultants to excel in relationship building, consulting, prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review team performance and schedule regular one-on-one meetings with each team member to review performance and provide coaching.
- Support team members with the development of daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
- Review sales analytics to develop team and individual plans based on trends and insights from data.
- Provide pertinent sales training sessions relevant to the specific needs of the team.
- Create personal development plans and goals with team members to maximize effectiveness in their roles.
- Support divisional training created to enhance sales skills, product, and industry knowledge.
- Work closely with the Trusted Partner Organization (TPO) to implement best practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver the ultimate experience for our clients.
- Collaborate and proactively engage with management and peers to execute on sales and customer expectations.
- Comfortable representing results and team performance in meetings with peers and senior management.
- Consistently meet commitments and follow up requirements.
Requirements
- Preferably a post-secondary education.
- 5+ years of sales and leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales Competencies (time management, sales process, planning, closing, and negotiation).
- Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability.
- Leadership and administrative capabilities, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Thriving in change and managing a team through change.
- Comfortable and adept at performance management conversations and processes.
