Security Guest Services Representative

Guardteck Security is a leading provider of residential security services, seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team in Victoria.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, providing memorable customer experiences, and maintaining effective communication with our retailers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests at the Guest Service Center
- Proactively engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain knowledge of upcoming events and store locations
- Promote store merchandise with exceptional customer service
- Maintain effective communication with Center's retailers
- Ability to deal with guest complaints and provide effective solutions
- Promptly answer in-person, live web chat, text, and phone inquiries
- Act as a liaison between the client and other departments
- Assist the client with promotional events and seasonal campaigns
- Ability to coordinate with other departments for guest needs
- Two years of customer service experience
- Top-notch customer service skill set
- Professional and positive approach mindset
- Strong understanding of the city Victoria
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
- Flexible working outside in all weather conditions
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Guardteck Security offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.88 and a positive work environment.
