About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Network Canada Incorporated. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Nutrition and Meal Planning: Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and menus that cater to clients' specific needs and preferences.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety checks and ensure clients' homes are free from hazards.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an Other Trades Certificate or Diploma.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in home care or healthcare.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
