We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Document client care and progress
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
