Job Summary
We are currently seeking a temporary full-time pharmacist to provide clinical coverage to an inpatient medicine unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director, Pharmacy Services, to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical coverage to an inpatient medicine unit
- Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and program councils
- Oversee therapeutic drug monitoring and provide drug information
- Mentor students and participate in education and training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
- Licensed (Part A) Pharmacist in the Province of Ontario
- Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment preferred
- Good computer and keyboarding skills utilizing PC applications for reports and special assignments
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year
