Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. As a Pharmacist with our organization, you will provide clinical coverage to our inpatient medicine unit and participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, program councils, and other key initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team of healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical coverage to the inpatient medicine unit, including therapeutic drug monitoring and medication management
  • Attend multi-disciplinary rounds, program councils, and other key meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication with the healthcare team
  • Mentor students and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
  • Licensed (Part A) Pharmacist in the Province of Ontario
  • Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment preferred, but not required
