Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at AVA Dentistry.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, 15 hours left. The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information, ensuring timely and accurate communication between patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Manage incoming mail, electronic correspondence, and other materials, maintaining a well-organized filing system.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm details, and maintain accurate records.
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and establish efficient office procedures.
  • Enter and format medical reports, prepare spreadsheets, and create documents for review.
  • Maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Prepare draft agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail and correspondence management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
