About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Towne Place Suites in Kanata. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest registrations, room assignments, and check-ins/check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information on hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
