Job Title: Automation Technician

Are you an experienced Automation Technician looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for coding, troubleshooting, and working with industrial equipment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Randstad Canada.

About the Role:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with inkjet printers, including mechanical problems, ink flow issues, and software-related issues.
  • Work with mechanical components of inkjet printers, such as print heads, ink delivery systems, and conveyor systems.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical issues with inkjet coding systems, including wiring, sensors, control panels, and circuitry.
  • Use computer software and interfaces associated with inkjet coding systems, including printer control software, coding software, and production line management systems.
  • Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure optimal performance of inkjet coding systems.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and practical knowledge.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematic drawings for setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability towards meeting deadlines.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
