About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Automation Specialist to join our team at Hatch. As a key member of our Project Delivery Group (PDG), you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of our integrated project engineering software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project functional requirements to define technical configuration changes required to the systems.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified by project users, engaging additional specialists where needed.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and generate custom reports.
- Manage technical issues and help users with advanced tool usage to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited College or University.
- 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology, ideally in an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) environment.
- Excellent knowledge of automation and data modeling, systems and data integration, validation, and verification.
