Job Title: Commercial Litigation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Litigation Support Specialist to join our team in Richmond Hill. As a key member of our litigation team, you will provide exceptional support to our lawyers on commercial litigation files across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class legal support to our teams of lawyers on commercial litigation files
  • Schedule and conduct discoveries with clients
  • Save documents to the management system
  • Research and gather important facts to be passed on to the lawyer
Requirements:
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education plus 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment
  • Knowledge of the legal sector workflow
  • Experience with Personal Injury, Class Action, Civil Litigation, or Criminal law a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
