Job Title: Junior Litigation Law Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Law Clerk to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our commercial litigation team, you will provide administrative support to our associates, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence, litigation documents, and other necessary papers, including Affidavits of Documents
  • Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Assist with docketing and billing, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping
  • Schedule Mediations and Examinations for Discovery, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel
  • Prepare for Examinations for Discovery and Mediations, arranging dates and serving Notices
  • Perform research and other duties as assigned by our associates

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in civil or commercial litigation is preferred
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Dependable and reliable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
