Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Valuations and Litigation team at Highspeed Staffing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and overseeing the delivery of high-quality valuation and litigation support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their valuation and litigation support requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of valuation and litigation support projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: CPA and CBV designations, with CFF or CFE designations considered an asset.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in valuations and litigation support, with 2-5 years of experience managing a team of professionals.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with IF and Vlookup functions, as well as VBA. Expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis, with experience in matrimonial litigation, estate litigation, and quantification of damages considered an asset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
