Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Law Clerk, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and play a key role in the success of our commercial litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our lawyers, including scheduling and conducting discoveries, saving documents to our management system, and researching important facts.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and other legal materials.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the legal sector workflow and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education plus 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment.
  • Knowledge of the legal sector workflow and experience with commercial litigation.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
