About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Central Commercial Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to promote commercial business investment and growth.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage professional and support staff to ensure effective delivery of business development projects.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Project Planning: Plan and develop projects to drive business growth and development.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to support business development initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive commercial business growth and development.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
  • Licensing: Ensure that all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place.
  • Presentation and Communication: Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
