Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage your own customer portfolio, from initial prospecting to long-term partnerships, negotiation to client retention;
  • Pose as a solutions provider for candidates and clients: leverage your expertise to facilitate successful recruitment missions;
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction among candidates and clients by meeting their expectations;
  • Source and interview candidates specializing in your field to understand their research and match them with French-speaking and English-speaking clients;

We Seek a Proficient Professional

  • University degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Human Resources);
  • Bilingual in French and English;
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and rigorous expectations;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A strong desire for challenge and continuous self-improvement;

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
