Strategic Partnership Specialist, Community Resilience

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Specialist, Community Resilience to accelerate Intact Financial Corporation's social impact agenda across our Canadian operations.
About the Role
This role will lead the activation of societal partnership action plans for our lighthouse investments, including determining shared deliverables and exploring innovative ways to help society. You'll work with key internal and external stakeholders to execute Intact's social impact strategic partnerships in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct social impact work in climate, corporate foundation/donations, not-for-profit grant making, and/or not-for-profit program development experience. They should be bilingual (French and English) and have experience cultivating, building, and managing innovative industry/not-for-profit partnerships with a notion of shared value.
You'll support social impact and granting operations, including working collaboratively with partners on impact evaluation and leading internal data management processes. Experience developing scorecards and social impact measurement frameworks is a significant asset.
What You'll Do Here:
- Lead partnership operations, including cultivating new partnerships that align to Intact's social impact objectives.
- Support reputation initiatives, including communications strategies and annual social impact reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accelerate the implementation of Intact's Building Resilient Communities strategy.
What We Offer
As a permanent member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes an extensive flex pension and benefits, flexible work arrangements, and an annual wellness account.
