We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE HEALTHY WAY MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing medical reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and test results
  • Prepare and send medical reports, correspondence, and other documents to patients and healthcare providers
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other medical software
