About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of managers and crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and lead a team of managers and crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself.
  • Manage and lead a team of managers and crew members to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Participate in local events that positively impact the community.
  • Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology.
  • Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in food service or retail as a manager is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess and solve problems with confidence.
  • High expectations and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to put people before profit and create a positive culture.
