We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jiwen Garden Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our restaurant is always stocked with the freshest ingredients and supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to protect our customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at Jiwen Garden Restaurant.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
