We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jiwen Garden Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our high standards.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
