Restaurant Operations Manager

United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales results.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
