Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jiwen Garden Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to address complaints or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
