Job SummaryThis role involves leading the planning and building of manual shelves for evergreen and seasonal experiences of our clients and creating relevant experiences for customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals, cross-categorization of the assortment & the event category requirements & key focus areas.
About the RoleThe Collection Specialist will be responsible for gathering and maintaining events collections data from multiple sources like the commercial planning tool, pricing tool inputs & the merch portal. They will use Microsoft Excel to provide a cleaned up view of the items participating in the event. This requires proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Excel functions, including but not limited to Pivot tables, vlookups, percentage calculations and more.
The ideal candidate will create manual event shelves, pinning hero items to create a relevant and enticing shopping experience for our customers. They will work closely with the site merch lead on event trends like customer engagement on the site, search data & competitor analysis. Additionally, they will review event content score cards & provide a summary to stakeholders, highlighting key areas of opportunities across different departments & SBUs.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can research, document, and maintain best practices for digital and mobile across key experiences. Collaboration with technology teams to apply automation to ensure site experiences that are personalized, data-driven, and optimized to generate long term customer loyalty is also essential.
This role offers a competitive pay rate and growth opportunities based on performance. A 1-year contract is also part of this opportunity.

- Purpose of Communication Persuading, presenting data and site experiences
A university degree or equivalent experience in lieu is required. 2+ years of experience is also necessary for this role.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year-
