About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to help us grow our Enterprise ARR by partnering with and selling into large enterprise accounts.

You'll run large, long, and complex technical sales cycles with various stakeholders around the world, working closely with internal teams like Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to both land and expand potential deals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High agency and high urgency in how they run their business
  • Experience in the Conversational AI, GenAI, or Chatbot space
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas for B2B Enterprise SaaS sales
  • A strong background working with and selling highly technical software products
  • Passion for sales, technology, and people; self-driven, motivated, and constantly looking to improve themselves and their processes
  • Experience selling into Product/Engineering/Technology executives and teams
  • Experience with a land and expand sales motion
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $130,000 CAD and an estimated OTE of $240,000 - $260,000 CAD.

We're a small, fast-growing remote team of around 45 team members from around the world, composed of dedicated and talented individuals with a core focus on engineering and product.

  • Initial interview with Marianna Adamian, our Head of Sales, to discuss your background in depth and the Sr. Enterprise AE role at Voiceflow
  • 2nd interview with Sam Burns, our Head of Marketing, to get to know each other better and dig into what you're looking to do and how that lines up with what we need
  • Presentation and panel interview where you'll be asked to present a short (30-minute) presentation to 2-3 members of our team
