Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business in the Dealer and Home Centre sectors in the designated geographical region.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell our MasterBrand product portfolio in accordance with our strategic plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealers and Home Centre partners to establish long-term relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning to identify, evaluate, and qualify potential opportunities.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet or exceed territory budget requirements.
- Monitor and track performance of products, programs, and relationships, while measuring financial impact.
- Provide training and support to customers on product, program, and pricing information.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other prospecting activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify growth potential opportunities.
- Monitor competition and gather market information as required.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cabinetry industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of construction industry practices and standards.
- Design and/or architectural background is an asset.
- Ability to research and develop an in-depth understanding of the region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong follow-up skills, and solid relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and allocate time and resources effectively.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Self-starter with strong prospecting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of outside sales leadership experience.
- Excellent technical skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
- 20/20 Design Software knowledge is an asset.
