About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned project manager to lead our land development projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope and deliverables
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Provide project updates and reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in land development project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
