About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Surface Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for acquiring surface land rights and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire surface land rights through negotiation and agreement with landowners
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses
  • Active member of the International Right of Way Association (preferred but not essential)
