Surface Land Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Surface Land Agent/Project Manager to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for acquiring surface land and managing projects from start to finish.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire surface land through negotiation and agreement with landowners.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in surface land acquisition and project management.

Requirements:
