Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve exceptional results and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the activities of the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of automotive sales experience.
  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
