Job Overview:

At Performance Auto Group, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Director to lead our sales team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Manage sales employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance dealership image and customer retention
  • Establish product-knowledge standards and conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Automotive Sales experience with at least 3 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
  • May be required to work on Saturdays as per business needs
